Delete your Pet Pal account

Pet Pal is made by ConnexBiz.

  1. Open Pet Pal on your phone or at petpal.connexbiz.com and sign in.
  2. Go to Me › Delete account.
  3. Confirm (the app asks you to type DELETE; the website asks you to tick a box). Your account is deleted straight away.

We keep your data while your account is active. In Me › Delete account you can delete your Pet Pal account: this removes your pets, reminders, health log, Ask Pet Pal history and usage, your groups, messages and memberships, hides your posts and comments, and removes Pet Pal notification tokens. Your shared ConnexBiz profile (email and name) stays for other ConnexBiz apps; email us to delete it too. Copies in server backups are overwritten over time.

Can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from the address you use with Pet Pal and we will delete it within 30 days.

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store: cancel them there so you are not charged again.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

  • A pet, with its reminders and health records: Pets › ⋮ › Remove pet.
  • A reminder or a health record: open its ⋮ menu › Delete.
  • Your posts and comments: open the post or comment ⋮ menu › Delete.
  • Your Ask Pet Pal history: Ask Pet Pal › Clear chat.
  • Data kept only on this phone (guest use): Me › Remove data from this device.

Deleted items are removed from our servers at once; copies in server backups are overwritten over time.

Pet Pal အကောင့် ဖျက်နည်း

  1. ဖုန်းထဲက Pet Pal ဒါမှမဟုတ် petpal.connexbiz.com ကို ဖွင့်ပြီး ဝင်ပါ။
  2. ကျွန်ုပ် › အကောင့် ဖျက်ရန် ကို သွားပါ။
  3. အတည်ပြုပါ (အက်ပ်မှာ DELETE လို့ ရိုက်ရပြီး ဝဘ်ဆိုက်မှာ အကွက်ကို အမှန်ခြစ်ရပါတယ်)။ အကောင့်ကို ချက်ချင်း ဖျက်ပါတယ်။

အကောင့် အသုံးပြုနေသရွေ့ ဒေတာကို သိမ်းထားပါတယ်။ ကျွန်ုပ် › အကောင့် ဖျက်ရန် မှာ Pet Pal အကောင့်ကို ဖျက်နိုင်ပါတယ်- တိရစ္ဆာန်၊ သတိပေးချက်၊ ကျန်းမာရေး မှတ်တမ်း၊ Pet Pal မေးမြန်းမှု မှတ်တမ်းနဲ့ အသုံးပြုမှု၊ အဖွဲ့၊ မက်ဆေ့ချ်နဲ့ အဖွဲ့ဝင်ဖြစ်မှုတွေကို ဖယ်ရှားပြီး ပို့စ်နဲ့ မှတ်ချက်တွေကို ဖျောက်ကာ Pet Pal အသိပေးချက် တိုကင်တွေကို ဖျက်ပါတယ်။ တခြား ConnexBiz အက်ပ်တွေ သုံးတဲ့ ConnexBiz ပရိုဖိုင် (အီးမေးလ်နဲ့ နာမည်) က ကျန်ပါမယ်။ အဲဒါကိုပါ ဖျက်ချင်ရင် အီးမေးလ် ပို့ပါ။ ဆာဗာ အရန်မိတ္တူထဲက ဒေတာတွေကို အချိန်ကြာတာနဲ့ ထပ်ရေးပြီး ဖျက်သွားပါတယ်။

အကောင့်ကို ထားပြီး ဒေတာ တချို့ကိုပဲ ဖျက်နည်း

  • တိရစ္ဆာန် တစ်ကောင် (သူ့ သတိပေးချက်နဲ့ ကျန်းမာရေး မှတ်တမ်းပါ)- အိမ်မွေး › ⋮ › ဖယ်ရှားရန်။
  • သတိပေးချက် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကျန်းမာရေး မှတ်တမ်း- ⋮ › ဖျက်ရန်။
  • ကိုယ့် ပို့စ်နဲ့ မှတ်ချက်- ⋮ › ဖျက်ရန်။
  • Pet Pal မေးမြန်းမှု မှတ်တမ်း- Pet Pal ကို မေးရန် › စကားဝိုင်း ရှင်းရန်။

ဝင်လို့ မရရင် Pet Pal မှာ သုံးတဲ့ အီးမေးလ်ကနေ [email protected] ကို ပို့ပါ။ ရက် ၃၀ အတွင်း ဖျက်ပေးပါမယ်။
