About Pet Pal

Pet Pal is a pet care app made by ConnexBiz. It gives daily care tips, reminders, a suggested care schedule, a health log, Ask Pet Pal (AI answers) and a community. By using Pet Pal on the web or in our apps you agree to these terms.

Using Pet Pal

You can add pets, get tips and use reminders without an account; that data stays on your device. A free account is needed to back up and sync your data, ask Pet Pal, join the community and buy Pro. Use Pet Pal only for lawful, personal pet care.

Care guidance, not veterinary advice

Tips, schedules and AI answers are general guidance. They are not a diagnosis or treatment plan and can be wrong or out of date for your pet or country. Always ask a qualified vet about your pet’s health, vaccines and medicines, and contact a vet straight away in an emergency.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that account safe; you are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Community rules

Be kind and honest. Do not post or send:

• harassment, hate or threats
• animal cruelty or content that encourages harm to animals
• scams, spam, or selling animals or medicines
• other people’s private information
• anything illegal or that you have no right to share

Every post, comment, group and message can be reported, and you can block anyone. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You allow ConnexBiz to store and show them in Pet Pal to the people you share them with, only to run the service. You can delete your posts at any time.

Pet Pal Pro and payments

The free plan includes up to 3 active pets and 3 Ask Pet Pal questions a day. Pet Pal Pro removes these limits.

• On the web, Pro is a one-time payment through Stripe for 30 days (USD 2.99) or 365 days (USD 19.99). It does not renew automatically.
• In our mobile apps, Pro is a subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play and renews until you cancel it there.

Prices may change for future purchases. Refunds follow the rules of the store or payment provider and the law where you live.

Ending your use

You can stop using Pet Pal at any time and delete your account in Me › Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pet Pal available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and reminders can fail (for example when notifications are blocked or your device is offline). To the extent the law allows, ConnexBiz is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from Pet Pal’s guidance.
